Data controller

What we collect and why

• Contact form: name, email address, optional phone number and message - to respond to your inquiry.
• Newsletter: email address, optional first name - to send the newsletter.
• Downloadable resource (checklist): first name, email address, optional phone number, and consent to be contacted - to deliver the resource and subscribe you to the newsletter.
• Booking a call: data entered in the Cal.com widget (e.g. name, email, timezone) - processed directly by Cal.com to schedule the call; it never reaches this site's servers.
• Analytics: aggregated site-traffic data (Google Analytics 4) - to understand how visitors use the site, only after you consent to analytics cookies.

Legal basis for processing

Data is processed on the basis of: (a) consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) - for the newsletter, the downloadable resource, and analytics cookies, which you may withdraw at any time; (b) legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) - to respond to messages you send unprompted via the contact form. Data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.

Data retention

Contact-form messages are relayed by email and are not stored in a database by this site. Newsletter subscribers' and lead-magnet contacts' data is retained in Resend until they unsubscribe. Analytics data (Google Analytics 4) is retained per Google's default setting - up to 14 months.

Recipients of your data

• Resend (USA) - email delivery and newsletter list management.
• Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, USA) - site-traffic analysis; active only after consent.
• CookieYes - cookie consent management.
• Cal.com - call-booking widget on the contact page; data entered in the widget is processed directly by Cal.com.
• Hosting provider - processes IP addresses and server logs in connection with hosting the site.

Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area (mainly the US). Where this applies, data transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other GDPR-compliant safeguards used by that provider.

We do not sell or share (as defined by the CCPA) personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. These rights are offered as a courtesy regardless of whether CCPA/CPRA's statutory thresholds formally apply to a business of this size. Requests can be sent to kontakt@bziolkowski.pl.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16 (13 under the CCPA).

Data security

Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Contact-form message content is not retained long-term beyond the email relay.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. Material changes will be communicated visibly.
