(Timeline) - My journey
A small Polish village, no shortcuts, no ready-made networks. Only curiosity, a computer that arrived years too late, and the stubborn belief that thinking big is not reserved for big cities.
Enrolled in Computer Science. First real exposure to algorithms, data structures and the idea that software is a craft, not just a skill. Java, Python, C - the foundations that still hold everything up.
Erasmus exchanges across Denmark, Finland and Sweden. Working in international teams taught me to look beyond code - to understand people, products and systems. Scandinavian principles of trust, simplicity and shipping fast became my operating system.
First professional software engineering role in a global technology company. Java, Spring Boot, microservices, distributed systems - building things that needed to work at scale, not just in theory. The gap between university and production turned out to be enormous.
The moment LLMs became real. I pivoted hard - RAG pipelines, vector databases, LangChain, multi-agent systems. Built the first production AI features. The realisation: most businesses have no idea how to use this. That gap is the opportunity.
Building toward AI-native software - combining Python, Java and React with LangGraph, MCP servers, agentic workflows and hybrid search. Consulting businesses on AI strategy and implementation. The unfair advantage is being both the engineer and the strategist.
